As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based attractions, the Sanctuary embodies everything NTAQ stands for—protecting, conserving, and celebrating the environmental, built, and cultural heritage of our State.As an award-winning and  iconic Tourist Destination, we are continually innovating our brand and guest experience, and in 2025 will launch a new attraction – Astra Lumina.  We are now seeking Casual Trail Experience Officers to bring this magical experience to life!  Astra Lumina is an enchanting night walk experience that seamlessly blends art, nature, and technology to inspire and captivate guests. Our Trail Experience Officers will guide guests comfortably through the Astra Lumina experience ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable and positive experience.About the RoleAs our Trail Experience Officer, you will guide guests through their journey, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and seamless. You will rotate through key trail touchpoints, ensuring guest safety and supporting the flow of guests through the trail, and addressing any guest, technical, or emergency situations that may arise.Your role will centre on creating memorable guest experiences by providing friendly assistance, answering questions, and proactively engaging with visitors to enhance their journey. By keeping safety and guest enjoyment at the forefront, you will ensure each guest has an enchanting experience throughout their time on the trail.As part of a whole-team approach, our Trail Experience Officers will also assist with evening operations, including supporting our commercial and guest experience teams, as well as path sweeping, general cleaning, and other tasks to maintain the overall experience and to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable Astra Lumina journey.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in guests service or operations, preferably within the tourism, events, or hospitality industry. About the Role
